In the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu, a pilar of sage wisdom spoke directly to the type of education of therapists, doctors, as well as all in other healing professions.
"Academia confuses knowledge with knowing.
Most everyone applauds the memorization of 10,000 trivia. Beware! These schooled addictions are not just myths -
They are a form of mental illness.
Any fragment of the mind, divorced from heart, spirit, human community, and from primal reality of the universe, is an abomination to the Great Integrity.
Let us prepare for the Great Integrity by clenasing ourselves of all these cobwebs, of cluttered fragments that paralyze the mind. In this way we will function as our own holistic physicians.
One does not learn any new information by reading the Tao Te Ching. But one learns how to integrate the knowledge they already posses as wisdom. Wisdom is true therapy.
Whereas conventional therapies teach knowledge, Esotherapy®, like the Tao Te Ching, focuses on digesting knowledge into general principles according to the guidance the guidance of the Higher Consciousness These wisdom principles can, then, be applied to any life circumstances.

Accordingly Esotherapy® cannot be taught the same way knowledge can. Knowledge is dualistic, while esoteric wisdom is not. What we do is teach a different way of perceiving the world non-dualistically and how to apply this awareness to healing.IENHA does not prepare therapists, but sages that can act in a therapeutic capacity.
We are in the process of preparing a teaching curriculum.The curriculum will follow an apprenticeship format, as people are highly individualized and, accordingly, the paths must be individualized.
